It's certainly true that this unique property's scale and medieval grandeur would lend itself to some impressive fireplaces, but CNBC's report goes on to also discuss the castle's long history and many outstanding features.
Castillo de Santa Florentina featured on America’s CNBC website is an article from Reality Sense, the blog by Rimontgo Luxury Homes

Even the name has an unmistakable local ring to it, and can only really be done justice with the rounded ‘Rs’ of authentic Valenciano pronunciation.
This unusual outbuilding, with its characteristic long arched galleries covered by Spanish roof tiles, is the product of the vibrant raisin trade that long made the Jávea area an important source of fine grade raisins and sultanas. Grown in the large, level valley as well as in the surrounding countryside, the raisins exported from Jávea’s Las Duanas port area to destinations around the world were gathered and dried in riurau that once dotted the entire area and gave it a very distinct architectural look.

This is especially true in late afternoon, when the setting sun bathes this part of the world in the kind of rich golden light that the great painters and photographers so love, but even on those rare days when the skies are grey it is the local Tosca stone that lends a softening touch of warmth to the Baroque beauty of Jávea.
Where traditional buildings in most of Spain are a combination of white plaster and Mediterranean terracotta roof tiles, Jávea homes have an added touch of style courtesy of the Tosca Piedra, as it is known locally. This porous sandstone with its soft, malleable structure and rich honey colour is an ideal medium for the adornment of edifices, be it in finely sculpted detail or the simple cladding that goes so well with white-plastered walls and wooden shutters.

This house in Cuesta San Antonio is exactly that, though, a grand house in the traditional style of the stately country home of the greater Valencia region. What’s more, it isn’t located in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by acres and acres of orange groves, but actually resides within the peacefully stylish confines of the most exclusive residential area in Javea.
Though of manageable proportions, this is a property with a certain aristocratic bearing, yet with all the comfort and practicality of a modern villa, having recently undergone a thorough modernisation of its technical facilities as well as a stylistic rejuvenation
Classic property in Cuesta San Antonio, Javea is an article from Reality Sense, the blog by Rimontgo Luxury Homes

While technically so in the sense that it is a wooden mountain house, you shouldn’t take the ‘lodge’ part of this property’s name too seriously. Indeed, this lovely home is named after and takes much of its inspiration from a singular piece of art sculpture that is an ode to the wonderful Squaw Valley surroundings. Currently, it enjoys a prominent position as you enter the home.
Setting
Situated in a peaceful and private part of one of the most sought-after ski resorts in North America, Squaw Luna Lodge enjoys the skiing and other pleasures of Squaw Valley Ski Resort along with stunning vistas and the natural beauty of northeast California. Nearby are Lake Tahoe and a variety of resort areas and natural parks that dominate an iconic area on the California-Nevada state borderline. However, you don’t have to travel far to be surrounded by nature for this property looks out over valleys and tree-clad hills from within the embrace of a natural garden framed by tall pine trees.
Squaw Luna Lodge is an article from Reality Sense, the blog by Rimontgo Luxury Homes
