At the heart of the Costa Blanca, in Alicante, is the small coastal town of Calpe with approximately 25,000 inhabitants. This town has many attractions: a yacht club, sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and a picturesque fishing harbour. However, without a doubt, the most appealing attraction is its breathtaking rocky peninsula located on the Mediterranean coastline facing the Balearic Islands. Connected to land by an isthmus, the Ifach Rock or Peñón de Ifach in Castilian, is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Natural Park.
