Crisis – what crisis? In  a recent edition El Mundo’s Javier Carrasco confirmed that the luxury property market has returned to its previously buoyant state with the announcement, “The rich are back!” Using as evidence the recent 36 per cent increase in revenue that marked 2010 (an improvement that seems almost certain to continue this year) and the growing interest in some of the most oppulent  villas in the Valencia area, Carrasco quoted José Ribes Bas, who confirmed that 2009 was better than 2008 and that 2010 was more successful than 2009.
