Architect Enric Ruiz Geli of Cloud 9, the company responsible for the design of this remarkable structure, received the commission from The Consortium of the Zona Franca CZFBand 22@ of Barcelona. The vibrant, experimental district of 22@ now forms the creative heart of the new city.
