This English language publication enjoys worldwide distribution and has developed a reputation as providing an incisive and intelligent picture of the international real estate market.
While 2009 had already shown a slight recovery from the year before, Inmobiliaria Rimontgó experienced an excellent fourth quarter that brought the year to a highly satisfactory conclusion.
At the heart of this marked upswing was the sale of not one but four significant properties in the closing three months of the year. Registering over 4 million Euros each, they contributed to a significant improvement over 2008 and in some cases even represented the record sales price in their respective areas.
A company that specialises in luxury real estate will have impressive properties on its books, ranging from opulent villas and architecturally advanced homes to panoramic penthouses and properties in outstanding locations. In spite of this, there remains a category within this broad description that can be regarded as the crème de la crème of a region’s real estate offer.
The property experts at Rimontgó recently sold Villa Cabo de la Nao, a beautiful four-bedroom villa located in Jávea (Alicante) on Spain’s Costa Blanca, another indication that the market is still active, providing that the property is of a sufficiently high standard and properly appraised.
