Rimontgó honoured at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World awards

The past year has been a very successful time for Rimontgó, a situation that was further demonstrated recently when key members of the team travelled to Las Vegas to pick up two prizes at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Awards.

The first was a commendation from Luxury Portfolio for Most International New Listings, which recognised the effort that the Rimontgó team had put in to updating their website and their international presence on the Luxury Portfolio website constantly with new properties. In this category the company was competing against 26 others from 17 different countries.

Even more pleasing to Rimontgó’s hard-working team (most particularly its IT, Systems and Web Manager, Ignacio Artagoitia) was the announcement that the company had won the much coveted Best SEO Strategy Award ahead of many of America’s real estate giants. The bestowal of this prize required specialist knowledge, so the candidates were independently judged by a panel of international experts featuring, amongst others, marketing specialists Matthew Ferrara, Steve Harney and Mike Staver.

After the ceremony a clearly delighted Ignacio Artagoitia said, “For me it’s a wonderful reward. We have carefully crafted all SEO aspects in our different websites for four years now, so this is recognition of a long-term strategy and a great deal of very patient work. I’m sure that the judging panel took into consideration the fact that our SEO is multi-lingual, requiring us to adopt the correct approach for each language. Together with our recently earned Website Quality Certification, all three awards are a tremendous recognition to the effort that Rimontgó dedicates to innovative marketing aspects. Also a very important part of this is the time that our team puts into constantly adding and managing our properties, translating texts and including top quality property photographs.”

The Rimontgó team was especially well represented, with CEOs José and Antonio Ribes Bas, Ignacio Artagoitia (IT, Systems and Web Manager), Cristina Martínez (manager of Valencia headquarters) and Maria del Mar Bas (manager of the Javea offices) all making the journey to Las Vegas.
