Since 2009, a distinguished selection of Valencia’s best restaurants offers attractive menus, at a more than affordable price, thanks to a new initiative funded by Turismo Valencia. The Valencia Cuina Oberta- Restaurant Week, under which name this popular initiative is known, will this year take place between 20 and 29 June. By making reservation on its website, users will be able to access a wide selection of taster menus for 20 euros (lunch) and 30 euros (dinner). For Valencian “star” restaurants, which include those recognised with a Michelin Star, such as the Ricard Camarena Restaurant, Vertical, RIFF and La Sucursal, there is a 15 euro supplement.

Taking place for the tenth time, this year more than sixty restaurants will take part in the  Valencia Cuina Oberta, offering a complete picture of the city’s major gastronomy, which includes internationally renowned chefs such as Camarena, Víctor Rodrigo, Alejandro del Toro and Bernd Knöller. Among the restaurants you can visit feature Bodega Casa Montaña, Seu-Xerea, Saiti, Samsha, Q de Barella, Kaymus, Entrevins, Dolium, Chez Lyon, Canalla Bistro, Askua and Alma del Temple, in addition to the previously mentioned places, that boast a Michelin Star on their door. Characterised by variety and quality, an excellent selection of acclaimed Valencian chefs will be represented during Valencia’s Cuina Oberta.
