Up until the 31st of August it is possible to visit Dènia’s cultural and art centre ‘L’Estació’, where the “Montgó, la mirada eterna” [Montgó, the eternal gaze] exhibition is displayed, in which the limelight falls to this Costa Blanca mountain in Alicante. The exhibition is structured around the photos taken by Jake Abbott and Jean Fleche, members of the Pelut i Pelat studio, that have taken form during successive years to an evocative calendar with Montgó as the protagonist.
Since 2011, Abbot and Fleche have travelled the paths of Montgó’s Natural Park, of unique beauty, in search of the most adequate time and place for portraying this setting under different weather and environmental conditions. This annual calendar is a personal project of the components of Pelut i Pelat, complimentary to other professional jobs like the close collaboration with Rimontgó in the photography of luxury real estate properties in Costa Blanca.
