The principality of Monaco is the ideal setting for the construction of the Odeon Tower – a building in which the last five floors will be occupied by a luxury apartment. Crowned with a spectacular circular swimming pool that will offer breathtaking panoramic views, the interiors of the penthouse are the vision of interior designer Alberto Pinto.
The possible future selling price, €190 million, is a mere approximation based on appropriate estimations from the prices of properties close to the Odeon Tower and with similar characteristics, as well as on its penthouse living space of approximately 3500m2. The future Odeon Tower will include a total of 70 apartments distributed among 49 floors.
If the Odeon Tower penthouse reaches the previously mentioned price, it will surpass those which, until now, were considered the most expensive penthouses in the world – those situated in the apartment building One Hyde Park, in London.
This news confirms the good health of the luxury real estate market, which has recently become a secure refuge for privileged investors.
